WHO WE ARE
Precision Asphalt Maintenance, Inc. was founded by Thomas Nevers in 1987. He began his career in paving while working for a friend's father as a teen. After years of experience, he decided to go his own way and start a paving company of his very own. Born from this ambition was Precision Asphalt.
Throughout the years, Tom began making a name for himself in Southeastern Wisconsin, being known for his attention to detail and "precision". Customers appreciated his honesty and commitment to perfection and customer satisfaction. Most of Tom's business in the past 20 years has been referrals from previous customers.
In 2007, Precision celebrated 20 years of continued success as an owner-operated company. Tom continues to sell and pave every job himself, so that his customers can have full confidence in the work being performed.
